Kristi Kennimer is a professional artist and gallery owner. But she also teaches art to adults and children through both private lessons and group classes. These teachings have served as organic training for the natural evolution of her teachings to online school.

Hi, I’m Kristi Kennimer


I'm a gallery owner and veteran artist living in the great state of Texas. You may have seen my large-scale abstract oil paintings and murals around your town, in hotels, homes and businesses. I love what I do, and I often teach two types of classes at my gallery (that I'm evolving into a studio as well):

  1. My famous Bucket List Art Course! This is a 5-week course I teach at my gallery where adults of all skill levels learn (and keep) a large-scale abstract painting, a medium work of art, and a petite painting with frame and color mixing. Every course I've had has sold out, so be on the lookout for 2021 offerings.
  2. Art Labs! Not up for a long-term course? I teach group art labs that are usually about 3 hours in duration. We complete one focused art project.

The great news is that I have decided to bring these classes to you online. We're just getting started, and our first offering is an Art Lab that is fun for all ages and skill levels. (I was nervous on camera for this first one, but I'm having courage anyway.) We're working on more labs and the course as well, so stay tuned and follow @scarletreagan and @kennimersart on Instagram.
